1. GENERAL INFORMATION

When you make a purchase on peppercorn-fashion.com, you accept the terms and conditions below.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
To make a purchase on peppercorn-fashion.com, you must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not 18 years old, you can still make a purchase, but you must be granted permission from a parent or a legal guardian.
If you are under the age of 18 and you make a purchase without permission from a parent or a legal guardian, Peppercorn A/S disclaims all responsibility, as it is stated above that the purchaser must be 18 years of age or have a parent’s or a legal guardian’s consent to make a purchase on peppercorn-fashion.com.
When you place an order at peppercorn-fashion.com, you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number.
Peppercorn A/S stores your information in accordance with our Personal data policy, as stated below in paragraph 9.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and Peppercorn A/S.
For your information, the order confirmation is not an invoice and the purchase is not final before you have received an invoice from us.
Please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
When shopping at peppercorn-fashion.com you will get information about the price in total including delivery costs before you reach the final confirmation.
All prices indicated on peppercorn-fashion.com are inclusive danish VAT, which is currently 25 %.
We reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices.
We receive the following payment cards: Dankort, MobilePay, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.
All your account details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment method. We use Nets payment as our certified partner.
Your card will be debited once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.
We use GLS as courier to ship your parcel.

In some countries you only have one of the following delivery options:
4.1. Delivery to your work place.
From dispatch, you can expect to receive your order within approximately:
Denmark: 2-3 workdays
Other countries: 3-5 workdays
We define working days as monday to friday, but exclusive of holidays.
During sales, the delivery time may be longer.
On your invoice, there is a track and trace number that you can use to track your package with. You can view the status of your package on www.gls-group.eu.
We only show products that are in stock, but should we for some reason not be able to deliver your product or should the product be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping costs to delivery adresses in Denmark (Greenland and the Faroe Islands excluded) are free for purchases above 55€. For orders below 55€ we charge 5€ in shipping costs.
Shipping costs to all other countries are calculated in relation to which country is sent to and will be calculated BEFORE your final order confirmation.
Free delivery on orders above €100 to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden.
Free delivery on orders above €200 to all other countries.
NOTE: SHIPPING TO NORWAY:
Peppercorn A/S holds all costs associated with customs clearance of goods shipped to Norway. Thus, no additional costs will occure other than shipping costs.
NOTE: SHIPPING to the UK
Due to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship goods to the UK.
When returning an item, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. The item must be returned in original packaging, in the same condition as on receipt and the hang tag must not be cut off. The item must not be characterized by being used other than to determine whether size and fit are as expected. Any fragrance traces from perfume, makeup smear etc. will cause a significant deterioration in the value of the goods upon return which will be deducted the amount refunded.
To return an item, you must inform us within 30 days after you have received your product. Refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal.
We must receive your product no later than 30 days. If the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a saturday or a sunday, the new date will be the following working day.
We offer extended returns on Christmas presents, which can be returned until 31st January the following year.
When you return your package to us, you must fill out and include the return form that came with your package. If you need a new return form, you can click here and download a new return form.

Please note that once you have returned your parcel at a GLS parcel shop, it can take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER
According to danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee.
If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months.
If your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have found the defect, to shorten the processing time for your claim.
If we assess the claim to be justified, you will get a free return label.
When you send your package back to us, you must fill out and include the return note that came with your package. (If you need a new return note, you can print one by using this link)
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Peppercorn A/S does not make any warranties in regards to the accuracy of the information on the website and neither has no liability if products are sold out. That said, we do, naturally, attempt to make the content and material on the website correct, up to date and in compliance with respective laws. If you find any information to be irregular, you are always welcome to contact us.
We can furthermore change the content on the website at any time and we are not entitled to give you preceding notice of this. We therefore suggest you to revise our terms and conditions when you use our site.
Peppercorn A/S is neither liable for any loss nor damage from use of the website.
8. COPYRIGHT AND LINK TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
All the elements on the website are protected by copyright and are property of Peppercorn A/S. The information can, therefore, only be used with permission from Peppercorn A/S.
If we link to a third party website, Peppercorn A/S cannot make any guarantees not be held liable for the content posted on the third party website. We merely provide the links for your utility, but if you choose to visit a third party website, it is at your own risk.
9. PERSONAL DATA POLICY
9.1 The object of our personal data policy is to explain how we collect, protect, use and store your personal information.
9.1.1 What information does Peppercorn collect about you?
We collect your first name and surname, postal code and city, address, e-mail, phone number and your order history.
We only use your personal information to grant you access to the products provided on peppercorn-fashion.com and to execute any orders you may place with us.
As we are required to meet the accounting legislation, we store your billing information for a period of five years from your latest order.
If you subscribe to receive our newsletter, you accept our personal data policy. remember that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
9.1.2 How does Peppercorn protect your information?
We respect your privacy and we take it very seriously, which is why we make various efforts to ensure your information, one of which is to store it on secure networks.
We are further not able to see your payment card information, as all data are encrypted and the transactions are conducted through certified partners.
9.1.3 Does Peppercorn share your information with others?
The information you share with us is treated confidentially.
Though, we ask you to note that we share some of your personal information with relevant third parties.
To deliver your package, we provide our courier with the necessary details, hereunder your first name, surname, postal code, city, address, e-mail address and your phone number.
9.1.4 What does Peppercorn use your e-mail and phone number for?
We use your e-mail to send you a confirmation of your order and if you have signed up to receive our newsletter, you will also receive this on the e-mail address you have provided us with.
If you have chosen to pick up your package at one of GLS’ parcel shops, GLS will send you an e-mail and a text message when your package has arrived.
If you want to make a purchase on peppercorn-fashion.com, you can create an account, but you are not obliged to do so, to make an order.
If you want to register and create an account, your username is your e-mail address. Your password is one chosen freely by you. We have no knowledge of your personal password.
If you forget your password and request a new one, you will receive an automatically generated password on the e-mail address you have registered. You are, hereafter, able to change the password to one of your own preference.
Should you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Peppercorn A/S account, please inform us immediately after you notice any unapproved use.
Upon your request, you can also get the information we have about you and if you have any questions or comments to our personal data policy, please feel free to send us an e-mail.
And remember, you are always free to change or delete your account details, as well as you can always write an e-mail to us and we will help you.
If you wish, you can easily erase cookies from your computer or mobile device.

While we do our best to make sure that our products are in high quality, if you find any errors or defects related to your item, please send us a notification along with a photo of the defect to email@example.com within 14 days of retrieval and we will guide you through the process.
When you have returned your product and we have received it, we will assess if the claim is justified or whether the defect is caused by self-infliction, is a result of faulty use or of other damaging behaviour.
We will, hereafter, refund the money for the purchase. The amount refunded to you is based on our assessment of the claim.
You will receive the money no later than 14 days after we have received the product.
We do not offer exchanges but you can, separately to this return, place a new order with the desired items.
